Fresher was one of Japan's first Gibson lawsuit replica makers, and this guitar is a gorgeous example of
the fine wood they had available at the time.  This Les Paul features a solid bookmatched hard rock maple
top, mahogany back and neck.  All appointments on this Paul are very high-end, including the original
matching DiMarzio humbucker pickups that are sought after by players today for their incredible tone.  The
tuners are original and I think work well as is, although I thought many times about putting nice klusons on
it to make it period-perfect.
