1979 Aria Pro II 1960s Les Paul Standard Lawsuit Replica
Sorry, this guitar is Not For Sale
Introducing probably the best-playing and best-sounding Les Paul you will ever find for under $600.  It's authentically
vintage, aged beautifully (and naturally) and is completely original.  This particular Aria Pro II is a model that was made
for sale only in Japan in 1979.  They are very rare outside Japan, and are known for their exceptional tone and build
quality.  These Aria Pro II models win my "bang-for-the-buck" award, as they are still relatively unknown to collectors of
Japanese guitars and so the prices are still fairly low, although they sound and play and are built every bit as well as
most collectible Greco and Tokai guitars.  The pickups are Dimarzios, and sound incredible, with that classic PAF tone
people spend fortunes trying to get on their guitars.  This one has great jumbo original frets and a straight neck, and
so has many, many years of playing ahead.  It has belt buckle scratched and the usual cosmetic wear of a guitar its
age, but otherwise this is a well-balanced Les Paul style guitar whose quality and craftsmanship are hard to match.
