The Lord of the Studio! It surely is - look at the headstock, it says so ; )
This one is an "S" model, which means that it has coil-tapping, so the tone knobs are
push/pull - you pull and you get single-coil tone, you keep it pushed, you get an incredible
humbucking sound... creamy, fat, good volume, just what you want in a Paul pickup. Nobody
ever changes these out - they have a tone of their own and the pickups are quite superb.
This one is used, not abused. Usual play wear; moved top strap button, although the hole
could be filled easily if desired. Straight neck and great fingerboard. The overall vibe is
great, as is the tone. It' supposed to be like a 60's Paul, and it does a good job at it. If you
have never played one of these, you really should.
