What a gorgeous finish! Some finishes really age well, and this strat is a perfect example of a
finely-aged nitrocellulose finish. The official color is Ocean Turquoise Metallic, but the harsh
tones have faded over time to a really nice mellow patina. The guitar is all original with almost
no wear at all, except for the usual ding around the neck plate on the back. Frets are nice and
tall and the neck is straight and dated April 6, 1992. Has the original 3-way switch in place, and
has never been modified in any way at all. Just a great old strat in a custom color you don't see
often. The aging process has been kind to this guitar - there is a bit of light checking to the
finish and the pickguard has yellowed a bit and also shows some pick scratches.
